What a shame that Camden Town has changed so much. It used to be one of my favorite places in London to visit. The Gothics, punks and other urban subcultures have been displaced by the mass production. Very sad, Camden Town has totally lost its character.
Yes, I think it's a shame what they have done. Welcome to globalization and the era where authentic stuff is being raped by greedy mass consumption. Things change, despite we want them to remain as we want them to be or as we remember them. I guess people prefer Camden now, becuase they've managed to make it look less dark and cleaner, which means that it looks like an amusement park (as if we did not have enough...) WHERE IS THE ROCK'N ROLL?? Three cheers for nostalgia!!!
